Thrive360:
Guarantee of Leads: Thrive360 assures agents of receiving leads within their designated areas. These leads will be sent as soon as they are verified and ready to engage in real estate buying or selling transactions.
- Number of Leads: Thrive360 will strive to send out all generated leads in an area. However, due to market fluctuations, we cannot guarantee specific numbers as they are subject to change based on market conditions.
- Lead Quality: All leads provided by Thrive360 will undergo verification and contain valuable information about the prospects, assisting real estate agents in their work.
- Sign-up Fee and Refunds: The sign-up fee, which includes tax (HST), is a yearly fee. This fee can be refunded to agents within 30 days’ time period once they sign up.
- Duplicate Leads: If a lead originates from our sources but is already a prospect of Thrive360, the agent is responsible for paying the fee, as it comes from our channels.
- Calculation of Fee: Agent is obligated to pay per lead charges to Thrive360 as soon as he/she accepts the lead.
- Dual Transactions: If a lead is simultaneously involved in selling and buying, the agent will be responsible for paying per lead charges for both sides.
- Agreement: Agents are required to sign agreement for all leads sent to them.
- Lead Coverage: Leads will be provided to agents within their designated areas, irrespective of price points, as we aim to send out all available leads promptly.
Agents
- Sign-up Fee: Agents are required to pay a one-time signup fee, which will be invested in marketing efforts to generate leads specifically for their designated service area.
- Handling of Leads: Agents are expected to work with all the leads sent to them by Thrive360.
- Referring Other Agents: Agents have the option to refer other agents to Thrive360.
- Confidentiality: All information pertaining to agents will be treated as confidential and private.
- Termination: Agents have the freedom to leave Thrive360 at any time, but they are obligated to serve the clients sent to them.
- Brokerage Change: If an agent decides to change their brokerage, they must notify Thrive360 one month in advance.
